These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Make your Home Shine Today website and your interactions with our services. By using the website or requesting services, you acknowledge these terms and agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly.
Website and Service Information
We provide home improvement and related services described on this website, including décor, interior and exterior improvements, bathroom renovation, security, fire safety, roofing, solar and energy solutions, flooring, and door and window installation. Website descriptions are general information and do not create a binding project scope unless incorporated into a written agreement.
Quotes, Pricing and Payment
Quotes and pricing may depend on project scope, property conditions, materials, labor, design choices, availability, permits, and other requirements. A written estimate or project agreement should be reviewed carefully before work begins. Payment schedules, deposits, change orders, taxes, and other charges will be governed by the applicable written agreement.
Project Conditions and Client Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, reasonable access to the property, timely decisions, and any required approvals or information within their control. Existing conditions, concealed damage, code requirements, material availability, or other circumstances may require changes to scope, cost, or timing.
Changes, Delays and Cancellations
Project changes should be requested and documented in writing when practical. Changes may affect pricing and completion dates. Weather, permitting, supply delays, property conditions, customer decisions, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect schedules. Cancellation and refund terms will be determined by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
Third-Party Products and Services
Some projects may involve third-party manufacturers, suppliers, installers, utilities, monitoring providers, or other service companies. Manufacturer or third-party warranties and terms may apply separately. We are not responsible for independent third-party policies or services outside our reasonable control.
Warranties and Disclaimer
Any workmanship or product warranty will be stated in the applicable project documents. Manufacturer warranties are controlled by the manufacturer. Except where prohibited by law, website content is provided for general informational purposes and we do not guarantee that every website statement will be complete, current, or applicable to every property or project.

Any project-specific liability limitations are subject to the applicable written agreement and law.
